I just noticed, I want to make a workflow for ALL spaces, but the only way I know as of now is to manually type in all spaces in a comma-seperated-list in the spaces parameter. Is there another way?

Yeah, at this time there is no way of defining a workflow to apply to all spaces.

I see the value of such functionality, so we'll keep it in mind for forthcoming releases.
