The Label parser fails to parse labels with the prefix "my:" if there is not user logged in...
After 1.4.3, this can only occur if
- There is a work using {set-label} macro to add a personal label (i.e. my:cheese)
- The server is started up, then re-indexing, before loading any page with workflows
