When new classes are added to a project, they do not have coverage statistics in the previous build. Since previous statistics are necessary to calculate the coverage delta, classes with very high or low initial code coverage will not be highlighted by the top/bottom 5 tables. To alleviate this issue, display all of the classes that are new since the last build with their initial code coverage.
