Add summary information about code coverage for the last build to the code coverage plan tab. Show coverage percentage and delta, possibly highlighting red or green based on configurable thresholds. Do something in keeping with what is displayed on the plan summary tab.

Added display of the project code coverage to the build plan tab. The display is identical to the display of the test success rate box on the summary tab. The coverage change for the last build and number of builds since coverage decreased are also displayed.
