It would be useful for a confluence extractor that adds the page contributor information to the lucene index. This could be used by people searching for pages that have been edited by a given author, in future it may also be able to be used by the contributors macro to improve performance. The performance of the extractor will be important, we don't want to have to pull out the history of each page for every save, only on a complete re-index.
