The Confluence Copy Space Plugin is (and this will really surprise you) a Confluence Plugin that Copies Spaces. Specifically it allows a global admin or space admin to create a copy of an existing Confluence Space. It is a free plugin with no commercial support, so bugs and features will not necessarily be fixed/implemented very quickly.
