Our users find it intimidating if they get a survey of multiple pages, even if the questions are limited and pretty straightforward and the multiple pages are occurred by the number of answers. With each possible answers visble as a separate line a list of questions can easily become longer than a single screen. Please add an option to provide a pulldown menu with answers on a question, this instead of each answer being depicted on a separate line.
