It should point to the correct one if all issue-associated changesets are from the same instance, and should probably not show at all if there are changesets from more than one instance (as Crucible won't allow you to review files remotely).

It should point to the correct one if all issue-associated changesets are from the same instance, and should probably not show at all if there are changesets from more than one instance (as Crucible won't allow you to review files remotely).
Create crucibe review for all... links now link to the correct FishEye instance when all issue-related changesets are from a the same, unique FishEye instance.
If there are no related changesets, or the changesets are from disparate FishEye instances, the Create crucibe review for all... link will not be displayed.
