At the moment you can only configure Recent Commits portlets for the primary FishEye instance.

Tim Pettersen - 26/Mar/08 07:19 PM The Recent Commits portlet configuration screen now has a select field for choosing which FishEye instance the specified repository is configured on.
Portlets configured from previous versions of the plugin will continue to work by defaulting to the primary instance until a new instance is selected.
