One of our repositories is temporarily stopped in Fisheye since it fails each time scanning the repository (seperate support req with Cenqua). Stopping this repository cause the Fishey Tab in JIRA to give an error anytime a issue was selected that required connection to a repository that was later in the plugin configuration file then the stopped repository. As a temporary workaround we removed the stopped repository from the plug in configuration.
