I created the custom fields and re-indexed. I Can run pie charts just fine. However, when I try to create any other chart type on any filter, I get a message that says. no chart created. Possibly invalid project or saved filter selected>

I did look at an issue that was closed and noticed that the resolution date was blank. I thought the re-index would fill this in. What am I missing?

do you have any updates on this issue? I am really stuck here and want to get the created vs. resolved charts working

I have the same issue... I just installed the plugin and only receive pie charts, when I try to configure I receive a progress "clock" that never stops
