I raised this originally with JIRA support: https://support.atlassian.com/browse/JSP-14041

We have a number of projects set up, and at any given day, we work on a number of issues from multiple projects. To keep track of a day's / a week's work, it would be nice if you could add any issue (when viewing it) to an "agenda". Then you should be able to view all issues in the agenda and save them as a filter. This way, you can easily put together your todo list for the day / week. In fact, this would be the only way since you cannot filter on issue IDs when constructing a view.

Now I was told the best way to do this is to use labels but give them private visibility. This way, I can label all the issues I want to work on today but make that label visible to me only.

Additionally, it would be nice for your own organization of issues. You want to have both a public and a private tag cloud.
