On test page "Trojan-Downloader-Zlob" under section "Original Research", after the bold red text "Notes on Zlob and Popuper - 6-5-2006", there looks to be a newline before the next line.

Before conversion:
"Notes on Zlob and Popuper - 6-5-2006"
Current UWC conversion:

Hi Justin,

I just took a look at the syntax you're describing, and I don't see any newlines. I think what you are noticing is the CSS for level 3 headers.

So, for example here's the Confluence syntax that I think you're describing:

h3. {color:red}Notes on Zlob and Popuper - 6-5-2006{color}
The reperf.exe files are Zlob
The dcomcfg.exe are Popuper

It's not the red color either; if we didn't have red, it would look exactly the same, only blue.
I'll attach some screenshots of what I'm seeing.
Let me know if you think of something we could do to improve this conversion for you.
