The ParentIssueHasChildIssue relationship represents the link between a parent Jira issue and a child Jira issue within the Teamwork Graph. It allows you to:

Retrieve child issues for a specific parent issue
Find the parent issue of a child issue
Traverse and analyze issue-hierarchy relationships
