User updated Atlas goal

The UserUpdatedAtlasGoal relationship represents the link between an Identity user and a Townsquare goal they updated within the Teamwork Graph. It allows you to:

Track which users updated specific Atlas goals
Find all Atlas goals that a particular user has updated
Traverse and analyze user-goal relationships
