Distribute AGC-compatible Forge apps

Atlassian Marketplace currently doesn't support AGC. This page outlines the interim process through which AGC customers can discover and install compatible apps.

At present, only Atlassian support teams can install apps for AGC customers in production.

Listing an AGC-compatible app

To help AGC customers find AGC-compatible apps, we maintain a list of Marketplace apps with Atlassian Government Cloud versions. Once your app is AGC-compatible, send us a request to list your app as well:

  1. Set the app to Sharing in the AGC Developer Console.
  2. Create a request to contact support, asking them to distribute your application in Atlassian Government Cloud.
  3. Include the following when creating the request
    • The name of your app.
    • Your AGC app ID value. You can locate this in your app's manifest file. This ID should've been created during app creation/registration.
    • The "Major version" of your app for the “Production” environment. You can find this value in the developer console. Ensure that you obtain this value from the AGC developer console, not the standard cloud one.

Deployment versions and environments

Once your application is made available to AGC customers, our support team will notify you.

Publishing new major versions

Each request to distribute your app in the AGC is specific only to the listed major version. New major versions won’t be distributed automatically.

For example, if you submitted a request to distribute major version 2, we will only install this version for AGC customers even after you deploy major version 3. If you want us to install major version 3 instead for new AGC customers, you’ll have to submit a new request.
