Teams will help our customers embrace business agility and openness. Our platform teams introduces team profiles that can be seen across an organization, with profiles that have members, team links, and recent teamwork.
This customer experience is focused on creating the team identity, and finding and resuming work through that team.

Anyone can create a team. Any authenticated Atlassian account (with a license in a supported product) can create a team in People Directory.
All members can manage team information and invite new members. Members can join a team automatically. If they're not a part of your organization, they'll need to accept your invite. Membership is voluntary for them.
