As an administrator of Atlassian cloud products, you can use the following APIs to manage the users and groups in your organization:
User management REST API: Use this REST API to administer the user accounts in your organization. This API allows you to grant or remove user access, modify users within groups, and other group or user management operations.
User provisioning (SCIM) REST API: Use this REST API if you plan to automate user provisioning by connecting an identity provider to Atlassian Cloud. This API allows you to provision users and groups from an identity provider to Confluence and Jira Cloud products.
