The UserReviewsPr relationship represents the link between an Identity user and an external pull request they review within the Teamwork Graph. It allows you to:

Track which users reviewed specific external pull requests
Find all external pull requests that a particular user reviewed
Traverse and analyze user-pull-request relationships
