This section describes a Forge preview feature. Preview features are deemed stable; however, they remain under active development and may be subject to shorter deprecation windows. Preview features are suitable for early adopters in production environments.

We release preview features so partners and developers can study, test, and integrate them prior to General Availability (GA). For more information, see Forge release phases: EAP, Preview, and GA.

Rovo modules (Preview)

Forge provides two key modules that enhance the capabilities of your applications using Rovo: the rovo:agent and action modules. These modules work together to enhance your apps with advanced AI functionalities.

  • The rovo:agent module integrates into your application as a new agent within AI Mate. This module is designed to extend your app's capabilities by allowing it to interpret and act on custom prompts using Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • The action module enables an agent to perform specific tasks, such as calling an API or executing predefined code. Actions are the building blocks that allow your agent to interact with the world, turning insights into outcomes.

Explore these tutorials and examples to enhance your understanding of Rovo Agent and action modules.
