1 Initial response times: Atlassian will use commercially reasonable efforts to meet the target initial response time for the applicable severity level:

  • Level P1: Production application down or major malfunction affecting business and high number of staff
  • Level P2: Serious degradation of application performance or functionality
  • Level P3: Application issue that has a moderate impact to the business
  • Level P4: Issue or question with limited business impact

2 Technical Support hours: Beginning Mondays at 10am AEST ending Fridays at 4PM PST

Governing Terms

Support is subject to the Atlassian Developer Terms or other applicable terms.

Support Includes

  • Documented Atlassian APIs, platforms, and libraries*.
  • Approved authentication methods including Basic (token), Bearer (OAuth2 and JWT) as well as temporary exemption for authentication.
  • Webhooks for Connect and Forge apps.
  • Issues with Forge development, deployment, operation, and licensing.
  • Issues with Connect development, deployment, operation, and licensing.
  • Migrating from Connect to Forge.
  • Issues and questions about the App migration platform.
  • Premium/Large developer instance requests for testing.
  • App security issues.
  • App issues in Developer Canary instances.
  • Support for apps being built against Release Candidate and EAP for DC Products.
  • Marketplace listings, licensing, and reporting.
  • Partner program requests.
  • Requests to use the email API.

* In https://developer.atlassian.com or https://bitbucket.org/atlassian but not Atlassian Labs.

  • End user issues with Partner apps.
  • Access to customer instances.
  • AUI and Atlaskit components.
  • OAuth2 integration issues with non-Atlassian systems.
  • Languages other than English.
