Add a panel below the Conversation history section on the request details screen of a Customer Service Management support site.
Customer Service Management CRM import
Add an item under the Manage dropdown on the Customers, Organizations, and Products pages within the customer directory of the Customer Service Management (CSM) app, that displays a modal when clicked.
