Add an item under Queues in the left navigation to display a custom page when clicked.

Add a panel below the Conversation history section on the request details screen of a Customer Service Management support site.
Customer Service Management CRM import (EAP)
Add an item under the Manage dropdown on the Customers, Organizations, and Products pages of a Customer Service Management space, that displays a modal when clicked.
