Apps are managed via https://trello.com/apps/admin. You can use this page to create new apps (including Power-Ups) and make changes to existing ones.
Visiting the page, you should see a list of all of the apps that you are able to admin:

Each app is listed under the Workspace to which it belongs. For Power-Ups, if a Power-Up has been added to a Workspace, it will be available for enablement on all of the boards that belong to that Workspace.
If this is your first time visiting the app admin portal, you'll be prompted to fill out the Joint Development Agreement.
To create a new app, start by clicking the "New" button in the top right of the admin portal.
You'll be given an empty form to fill out.

Below is information about each field and what it is used for.
| Field Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | The name of the app. |
| Workspace | The Trello Workspace that owns the app. For Power-Ups, the Power-Up will be available on the boards of the Workspace selected. |
| An email where we can reach you about this app. | |
| Support Email | We'll use this email when questions arise from users regarding your app or if we need to contact you regarding changes to the platform. |
| Author | The name to be displayed as the author in the directory and in authorization screens. |
| iframe Connector URL | If your app will be a Power-Up (i.e., it will use Power-Up capabilities), this URL will be used for the iframe connector that will be loaded when the Power-Up is enabled. If your app is not using Power-Up capabilities, you do not need to fill this out. |
Once all the required fields are filled out, click "Create" to create your app!
After creating the app, you'll be taken to the Basic Information form:

Below are details on each of the fields:
| Field Name | Description |
|---|---|
| iframe Connector URL | The URL for the iframe connector that will be loaded when the Power-Up is enabled. This field only applies to Power-Ups. If your app is not a Power-Up, you will not be able to edit this field. |
| Icon | This will be the icon displayed to users when viewing your Power-Up in the directory, and when users authorize with this app key. We recommend avoiding transparent backgrounds in this icon to ensure its visibility in all places. |
| Categories | These categories will be used when searching and filtering Power-Ups in the directory. These categories only apply to Power-Ups. |
| An email where we can reach you about this app. | |
| Support Email | We'll use this email when questions arise from users regarding your app or if we need to contact you regarding changes to the platform. |
| Author | The name to be displayed as the author in the directory and in authorization screens. |
Power-Up capabilities are only available for Power-Ups. If your app is not a Power-Up, you won't see this tab. Use the toggles below to specify which capabilities you want to use in your Power-Up:

If you're not familiar with all of the capabilities and what they do, we recommend you head over to the Power-Up capabilities documentation.
To access the Trello API, you must generate an API key. To register an API key to your app, go to your app, navigate to the API Key tab and select the option Generate a new API Key.

For more information on how to perform API requests, please access our API Introduction page.
By default, apps can only be managed by admins of the Workspace that owns the Power-Up. You can add Trello members from your Workspace to be collaborators on an app if you want to extend access to other Workspace members.
From the Collaborators section in the left navigation, you can search for Workspace members and add them as collaborators on the app.
Collaborators have all the same permissions on the app as a Workspace admin; they can update listings, turn off/on capabilities, etc. The only thing they can't do is remove Workspace admins.

The Listings section allows you to manage how your Power-Up will be displayed to end users in the Power-Up directory. Head over to the Listings page for more information on how to manage listings.
The Privacy and Compliance section contains a form with fields that are related to how your app manages personal data. See our documentation for more information.

For public Power-Ups, the Distribution section includes information regarding the Power-Up button. Head over to Power-Up Button for more information on how you can use the Power-Up button to distribute your Power-Up.
To delete an app, select "Delete app" from the top-left navigation. You'll be prompted to confirm that you want to delete the app.

Updating Public Power-Ups is the same as updating a custom Power-Up. You can follow the instructions above to change information regarding your Power-Up.
Keep in mind that any changes you make to the Power-Up will be reflected immediately to all of Trello's users.
You can't delete a Power-Up that has been made public via the dev portal. To delete a public Power-Up, please reach out to go.trello.com/dev-support.
