How do I respond to a review on my listing?

If a customer leaves a review for your app on the Atlassian Marketplace, you can respond to it via the listing. Responding to customer reviews helps users understand your app better and fosters a positive customer experience.

To respond to a review:

1. Log in to your account at https://marketplace.atlassian.com/.
2. Go to your listing and click Reviews.
3. Scroll to the review you’d like to respond to.
4. Click the Respond link, as shown below:
