Transfering apps between vendors

If you have acquired an app from another vendor or sold your app, you will need to raise a request on Atlassian Marketplace's Service Desk:

Things to include in the request

In this request we will need:

  • The Vendor account the app is to be transferred to.
  • The Vendor account the app is to be transferred from.
  • The app to be transferred.
  • Proof of transfer/purchase.
  • An admin contact from the Vendor of the app being acquired to approve the transfer (add them as a participant the ticket so they can comment).

We can't process the transfer until these five points are covered.
