Transfer apps between Marketplace Partners

If you've sold your app, or acquired an app one from another partner, you'll need to submit a ticket at Developer and Marketplace support.

1. Go to App listing.
2. Select Transfer your app to another Marketplace Partner.

Checklist to transfer your app

To be eligible to transfer your app to another Marketplace Partner, you'll need to provide details for the:

• Partner account the app is to be transferred to
• Partner account the app is to be transferred from
• App to be transferred
• Proof of transfer or purchase
• Admin contact from the partner of the acquired app. They'll need to approve the transfer.
  • Add them as a participant in the ticket so they can comment

If you have these details, submit your ticket.
