Track your technical review

Here you'll find our process of checking the technical, or annual, review for your Data Center (DC) app.

Each status update you'll receive on your technical review ticket is explained in detail.

After you've submitted your technical review

After you've sumbitted the technical review for your DC app our team will triage and review your submission.

At this stage, you can continue to work on your:

  • Marketplace listing
  • Marketing and pricing configurations
  • Testing on UPM

To list your DC app for the first time on the Atlassian Marketplace, you'll need to complete both the technical review and the Atlassian Marketplace submissions.

Status update definitions

You may find some of these status updates on your Technical Review ticket:

StatusDescription
Waiting For CustomerThe partner must provide all necessary information required for technical review and fill in and submit all open forms. Alternatively, a member of the DC App Approval team is waiting for the partner's reply.
Waiting For AtlassianThe partner has submitted the review forms or added new information to the ticket. Also used when the partner has left comments or questions on the ticket.
Under ReviewA member of the DC App Approval team is reviewing the information provided by the partner.
Waiting For Internal Team (optional)A member of the DC App Approval team is waiting for clarification from the internal team, if needed.
RejectedAt the partner's request, or due to the DC Security Questionnaire form not being compliant.
Pending RemovalThe application no longer meets Data Center requirements or has breached the annual review due date (automatic support ticket for hiding the DC hosting from the Marketplace has been created).
RemovedThe application has been hidden from the Marketplace.
ApprovedThe partner's technical review has passed all checks.

Atlassian Marketplace Review ticket statuses workflow:

StatusDescription
Waiting For CustomerThe partner must provide all necessary information required for the Marketplace review, or a member of the DC App Approval team is waiting for the partner's reply.
Waiting For AtlassianThe ticket is awaiting review by a member of the DC App Approval team. This status is also used when the partner has left comments or questions on the ticket.
In ProgressA member of the DC App Approval team is reviewing the application submission.
Waiting For Internal Team (optional)A member of the DC App Approval team is waiting for clarification from the internal team, if needed.
Waiting For ApprovalThe application submission is awaiting an approved technical review ticket and a verified PV (Partner Verification) ticket.
Awaiting ResubmissionThe application version has been rejected at the partner’s request or due to failure to comply with the app review requirements, such as the Partner Verification and vulnerability scan.
ClosedThe partner's application has passed all checks and has been published on the Marketplace.
